Policies

ORDERING REQUIREMENTS:

When placing orders, a 3-week notice is greatly appreciated. All orders need to be placed in person with our assigned Managers. We will help you set up your account and your catering event. All orders will be confirmed within 2 business days. 

LATE CHARGE FEE:

When an event is booked inside of a 1-week window, there will be an automatic charge to your event for $20.00. If booked inside of 48 hours is $50.00 and inside of 24 hours is $100.00

CANCELLATION POLICY:

We require 48-hour notice to cancel an order. Orders cancelled within 48 hours are subject to a $50.00 charge. Orders cancelled within 24 hours will be charge for the entire order

REPLACEMENT COSTS:

Please be advised that if any dishes are taken or misplaced your event will be charged a replacement cost of that dish. Help us by not taking dishes away from the events.

PAYMENT OPTIONS:

All payment will be in the form of a Purchase Order number. PO's are due on the Guaranteed Count and PO date.

All orders under $250.00 Pretax will need to be picked up.
